The founders bring over 20 years of combined experience across construction, sourcing, and development, with completed projects across the United Kingdom, Italy and Australia. We work on residential renovation, interior sourcing, architectural surfaces, and integrated lighting.
We work with homeowners on full residential projects. If you're an interior designer or property developer, we operate as a sourcing channel — you hold the client relationship, we hold the supplier relationship.

Anish — Property developer in London. Background in investment banking operations and cross-border sourcing — supply chains from Hong Kong and China into retailers across the GCC.
Structural renovation and spatial development — design-focused construction that improves the value, individuality, and functionality of residential properties. Services include basement conversions, loft conversions, extensions, layout reconfiguration, multi-unit developments, and ground-up builds. Delivered by a vetted network of site managers, specialist trades, Gas Safe plumbers, and NICEIC electricians.
FIGO sources furniture, lighting, joinery, sanitaryware, and finishing materials directly from established Italian manufacturers and European suppliers. Sourcing is coordinated with the construction phase so specifications, lead times, and installation are aligned from the start.
Microcement and mineral-based seamless surface systems for floors, walls, and wet areas. Used where a continuous, uninterrupted finish is required in bathrooms, kitchens, staircases, feature walls, and open-plan living areas. Correct preparation, detailing, and installation are essential to long-term performance.
Lighting considered as part of the architecture. FIGO coordinates concealed lighting, integrated fittings, feature lighting, and the practical coordination required between suppliers, site teams, and interior layouts so lighting works in balance with ceilings, joinery, and finishes.
